Meet Michelle
Helping children feel capable, confident, and understood.
Michelle Freylekhman, MOT, OTR/L, is a pediatric occupational therapist with over five years of experience helping children thrive — in outpatient clinics, schools, homes, daycares and ABA centers. She partners with children and families navigating a wide range of developmental, neurological, and genetic conditions, including but not limited to autism, developmental delays, sensory processing differences, and more.
Michelle conducts comprehensive evaluations and builds individualized treatment plans centered on what matters most to each family. She works hand-in-hand with speech-language pathologists, physical therapists, BCBAs, teachers, physicians, and caregivers to create a collaborative, team-based approach that supports each child's success.
Having worked across so many different settings, Michelle brings a rare, well-rounded understanding of how children actually function. That perspective shapes every treatment plan she creates, so progress isn't limited to a therapy room; it shows up in daily life.
Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Western Washington University and a Master of Occupational Therapy from Chicago State University. She's committed to lifelong learning, so every family she works with benefits from compassionate, evidence-informed, up-to-date care.

Why I Started Beelieve Occupational Therapy
After years of practicing across clinics, schools, and homes, Michelle founded Beelieve Occupational Therapy to provide individualized, one-on-one care at its core. She believes children grow the most when therapy meets them in their natural environment and when parents are true partners in the process, not just observers.
Beelieve gives Michelle the flexibility to show up where children already live, learn, and play, building trust, collaborating closely with each child's care team, and staying focused on the goals that matter most to that family. It's therapy built around your child and your family's priorities.
